What is your guest capacity?
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 for dinner, with the Brick X Lounge and the Speakeasy open all night. Outdoors, the lawn holds a ceremony for up to 300 and the upper deck holds up to 175.
How does catering work?
Hostiva Catering is our exclusive caterer. Meal packages start at $25 per plate and include linen napkins, tablecloths, china dinner plates, stainless steel cutlery and coordinated buffet linens. Email ryan@hostivacatering.com to learn more or schedule a private tasting.
Can we have our ceremony on site?
Yes, with indoor and outdoor options. If your package does not already include the ceremony, the $1,000 ceremony fee covers a full room changeover and setup by our team.
How long do we have the venue?
Standard event time is 14 hours, from 10:00 AM until midnight. Extra time before 10:00 AM is $195 per hour, and time past midnight is $400 per hour.

What's included in the rental?
Tables, wood Chiavari chairs, LED lighting, a bartender, a dedicated event coordinator, two getting-ready suites, a custom bar, patio access, liability insurance, and full setup, teardown and cleaning.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
All drinks are served through our full-service bar, including mocktails, NA options and THC beverages. A professional bartender is included.
Are there hotel rooms on site?
Yes, eight private suites upstairs. A room block can be added for a fee, or the full hotel is included in our two-night packages so the weekend keeps going.
How do we lock in our date?
A signed contract and a nonrefundable down payment reserve your date. The down payment ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 depending on the day and package.
