Our team will welcome you at 10:00am on the morning of your event, giving you full access to the venue until 12:00am. While the last song must end at midnight, you don’t need to rush out immediately. If you’d like to arrive earlier, additional hours can be rented at $175/hour. For celebrations extending past midnight, late-night hours are available at $400/hour.
We always have staff on site to be there for you throughout your event! From the time the doors open to the time they close, The Broz provides the most professional, experienced staff in the business. We do include 1 event staff as well as 1 bartender included in your rental rate. Additional staff is required per every 100 guests at a rate of $250/staff.

Yes! The Broz Event Venue offers several beautiful outdoor spaces for your enjoyment at NO additional cost. Guests are welcome to use the large paver patio, the upper deck, and the lawn area—all perfect for cocktail hours, lawn games, or simply relaxing outdoors.

Yes we do! 95% of our couples get married at the venue. We can customize a layout based on your guest count and vision. Our beautiful interior or exterior spaces makes for a gorgeous backdrop when you tie the knot! A ceremony fee of $1,000 includes all neccessary extra chairs, a full changeover as well as set-up and take down.
We’re thrilled to partner with Hostiva Catering as our exclusive caterer! Hostiva is renowned for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Their meal packages start at just $25 per plate and include everything you need for a seamless dining experience: linen napkins, tablecloths, china dinner plates, stainless steel cutlery, coordinated buffet linens and decor, chafers, platters, serving pieces, salt and pepper at each table, water glasses, carafes, fresh dinner rolls, and butter. Although we try to be as flexible as possible we do require all alcoholic beverages as well as soda and juice be provided by The Broz. We offer customizable bar packages from cash bar to open bar or ala carte. We offer a wide variety of options including local craft beers, wines and spirits. We have something for everyone! All bar services include 1 bartender. We do require additional staff for every 100 guests. A $2,000 beverage minimum is required for each event.

If you prefer to bring your own décor, please note that ceiling draping, café lights, and backdrops must be provided through The Broz Event Venue.
Although Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson would be a blast at your event we want to make sure you are surrounded only by friends and family! To ensure this the client pays $150 per security guard (A second guard is required with guest counts that surpass 275). The safety of you and your guests is our number one priority! Security is required for any events that are serving alcoholic beverages.
Definitely not! We want to make sure you have all tools you need when making your decision to host your event with The Broz. Keep in mind, a bar set up fee of 18% will apply to hosted bar items. A state tax fee of 7.375% as well as an additional 2.5% state liquor tax will be applied to all hosted bar items.
We have a 50 car parking lot behind the building for your use for FREE. Within 3 blocks there are over 100 additional FREE parking spots! Street parking and surface lots are on every block and are complimentary. We will provide a map of all parking locations near the venue for you and your guests to utilize if you choose.
Yes it is! We are booking more and more Sunday and Thursday weddings as brides and grooms are wanting more date options, no bar minimums and lower venue rental prices. Most other wedding vendors also typically offer lower prices on their services when booking a non Friday or Saturday event. When considering all of those factors you may save thousands of dollars and have the option to pick your preferred venue and date!

We’re excited to help you plan your special day! To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $3,000 for a single day or $4,500 for a weekend event is required. You’ll also sign our booking contract to ensure everything is perfectly aligned moving forward.
We accept cash, Venmo and check. We also accept all major credit cards with an additional 3% fee.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to celebrate your day your way. Whether you’d like to use the lawn, front porch, upper balcony, upper deck, or the main level paver patio, these outdoor spaces are available for your cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or any outdoor event you have in mind. You'll also have the opportunity to work with your Broz event coordinator to create the perfect plan tailored to you and your guests.
