The Broz is a restored 1898 hotel in downtown New Prague, designed by Cass Gilbert, the architect of the Minnesota State Capitol: original pressed tin ceilings, hand painted stained glass, and hardwood floors, with multiple unique spaces under one roof. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300. The Brick X Lounge, a Prohibition era Speakeasy, two getting ready suites, patios and lawn, and eight boutique hotel rooms upstairs.
Every wedding here is built around the couple. Hostiva Catering is our exclusive caterer. For your other wedding vendors, bring your own team and make the day your own.

THE SINGLE DAY
From $3,000
The whole building for fourteen hours: Grand Ballroom, Brick X Lounge, Speakeasy, both suites, lawn and every patio.
MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE
From $7,000
Full-day access, staff, ceremony and reception, tables, chairs, backdrop, and setup, plus an included $500 bar tab.
THURSDAY TO FRIDAY
From $11,900
Two days, two nights, and all eight hotel rooms included. Set up and rehearse Thursday, marry Friday, and no one drives home. Ceremony included.
FRIDAY TO SATURDAY
From $14,900
The full Saturday weekend. Friday setup, rehearsal, and cocktails in the Speakeasy, then Saturday, then eight rooms both nights. Ceremony included.

Walk the whole building with us, speakeasy included. We’ll talk through your plans and prepare a detailed custom quote.
Review and sign the contract, make your required nonrefundable down payment, and your date is reserved.
What is your guest capacity?
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 for dinner, with the Brick X Lounge and the Speakeasy open all night. Outdoors, the lawn holds a ceremony for up to 300 and the upper deck holds up to 175.
How does catering work?
Hostiva Catering is our exclusive caterer. Meal packages start at $25 per plate and include linen napkins, tablecloths, china dinner plates, stainless steel cutlery and coordinated buffet linens. Email ryan@hostivacatering.com to learn more or schedule a private tasting.

What's included in the rental?
Tables, wood Chiavari chairs, LED lighting, a bartender, a dedicated event coordinator, two getting-ready suites, a custom bar, patio access, liability insurance, and full setup, teardown and cleaning.
How do we lock in our date?
A signed contract and a nonrefundable down payment reserve your date. The down payment ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 depending on the day and package.

Meet our sister venue, The 3 Ten. Big city feel. Small town pricing. A restored 1895 building in downtown Faribault, 45 minutes south of Minneapolis, with exposed brick, pressed tin, and an industrial style all its own.

Inside are two spaces to choose from, each with its own personality. The Ballroom holds up to 430 guests at street level. Upstairs, the Rooftop Loft hosts up to 150 with an open-air rooftop patio made for ceremonies. Bring your own caterer and make the day yours.
