Meet Ryan and Jenny the dynamic duo behind the transformation of and abandon 1895 bulding in Faribault which became The 3 Ten Event Venue, a stunning modern wedding venue. In 2025, Ryan and Jenny have taken on the task of reinvigorating The Broz Event Venue!!
Jenny, having owned and operated a successful wedding decor business for 17 years, has an innate ability to envision spaces filled with elegance, and enchantment. On the other hand, Ryan, the skilled craftsman and contractor, contributed his invaluable skills in restoring and revitalizing the historical structure.

Hi! I’m Tina - a lover of dogs and all things weddings. I am a graduate of Winona State University with a degree in Special Events. I fell in love with The Broz Event Venue in 2018, when searching for the perfect venue for my own wedding! It was love at first sight (literally). In 2021 I joined The Broz team as a Venue Manager with several years of experience working as a Day of Coordinator for my own company.
In my free time you can find me chasing my one year old, cozying up with my dog or sipping on a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso!

Hi, my name is Nola!! I have over 13 years of bartending experience and love working at The Broz Event Venue. For the past 3 years I have been one of the bar managers here at The Broz. I get to experience one of the best moments of people's lives and celebrate them.
I am a mother of 3, have 6 wonderful grandkids and 3 cats. In my spare time I love sports, fishing, doing puzzles and going on winery hunts.
